The Basics of Making Fabric Bras
Bra cup moulding workshop
Bra cup molding is the foundation for producing fabric adhesive bras. Our factory has over 60 bra cup molding machines and thousands of bra cup molds. These bra cups are formed through heat pressing in the molding machines, followed by manual and machine edge trimming, resulting in perfectly shaped bra cups!
Production of Invisible Sticky Bras

The cups obtained after hot compression moulding are machine injected and hand brushed to create invisible sticky bras. These sticky bras can be made in a variety of styles, the most common being rabbit, mango and butterfly shapes, which have become classics that have been bestsellers for more than a decade.

We have 2 silicone bra and 2 silicone breast patch production lines, mainly used to produce invisible silicone bra and silicone breast patch, the biggest difference between these products and cloth invisible bra is the material, the main material of these products is 100% silicone, it needs to go through the hot pressing and shaping to get the pure silicone cups, and then, after the manual brush glue way to make a finished silicone bra and silicone breast patch!
